1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Mani ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Mani is a personal development and manifestation coaching application that provides:
- Daily state tracking and check-ins
- Evidence logging and documentation
- Guided protocols and exercises
- AI-powered coaching and affirmations
- Educational content based on Neville Goddard methodology
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and app data
- All activities that occur through your use of the App
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium Subscription
Mani offers premium features through subscription plans. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat.
Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made through Apple or Google, as they process all payments. We cannot directly process refunds.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Share or distribute copyrighted content from the App
- Use the App in ways that could harm yourself or others
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Mani—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software—are the exclusive property of Mani and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content you create within the App (intentions, evidence, notes) remains your property.
7. Disclaimer
Mani is not a substitute for professional mental health services, medical advice, or therapy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Specific results from using the App
- That the App will meet your specific requirements
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mani and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
